Hamline University School of Law seeks a faculty member with demonstrated expertise and interest in health law.  This tenure-track hire will support initiatives of the law school's newly-formed Health Law Institute, which in its first two years has introduced a comprehensive curriculum for J.D. students and a series of specialty offerings in the Summer and January Terms for health professionals in the Upper Midwest, cosponsored a symposium on Conflict Resolution in Health Care, and launched two certificate programs, including a new program for health care compliance officers.    

 

Candidates must hold a J.D. and have demonstrated experience in health law, health care regulation, or medical technology regulation.  Significant scholarship in the field is preferred.  Hamline University does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, ancestry, sex, disability, religion, age, sexual orientation or veteran status in its education and employment programs or activities.
