Hamline University School of Law seeks a faculty member with demonstrated expertise and interest in health law. This tenure-track hire will support initiatives of the law school's newly-formed Health Law Institute, which in its first two years has introduced a comprehensive curriculum for J.D. students and a series of specialty offerings in the Summer and January Terms for health professionals in the Upper Midwest, cosponsored a symposium on Conflict Resolution in Health Care, and launched two certificate programs, including a new program for health care compliance officers.
Candidates must hold a J.D. and have demonstrated experience in health law, health care regulation, or medical technology regulation. Significant scholarship in the field is preferred.
