Beatríz R. Menanteau is a Staff Attorney with the Women’s Human Rights Program at The Advocates for Human Rights. Prior to joining The Advocates, Beatríz practiced general corporate litigation as an Associate at a Minneapolis based law firm. She previously clerked for the Honorable Franklin L. Noel, Magistrate Judge, District of Minnesota and the Honorable Susan R. Nelson, Magistrate Judge, District of Minnesota. Currently, Beatríz works locally and internationally using international human rights standards to advocate for women’s rights.

Tony Beasley is a patent litigator with experience in technologies such as microprocessor architecture, integrated circuit design and layout, semiconductor fabrication and process control, computer graphics processing, database applications, medical implants and surgical techniques. Tony also volunteers with the Advocates for Human Rights on asylum cases and U.N. advocacy. Tony received his JD from the University of Wisconsin Law School and BS from DePaul University.
