MHBA is a non-profit association founded in 1991 dedicated to advancing the interests of Hispanic attorneys and law students in Minnesota. MHBA strives to promote professional growth and opportunity for Latino law students and attorneys, to provide community service and to ensure access to justice for all. It is our hope that we can serve as a valuable resource to Minnesota's legal and academic professionals, as well as the community at large. MHBA has approximately 100 members representing all sectors of the legal community. MHBA's members include judges, attorneys, law students and legal professionals. We have a diverse membership of which we are very proud. MHBA's attorney members are leaders in the state judiciary, local and state government, private law firms, multinational corporations, public interest organizations and more. I encourage all members of the legal profession to join the MHBA. Membership in MHBA will give you access to leaders in Minnesota's legal community. MHBA's Annual Meeting is traditionally held in late April. Officers and members of the Board of Directors are elected at the Annual Meeting. MHBA's Board meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month, and any member is welcome to attend. MHBA is an affiliate of the Hispanic National Bar Association (www.hnba.com).
