This tenure-track hire will support initiatives of the law school's newly-formed Health Law Institute, which in its first two years has introduced a comprehensive curriculum for J.D. students and a series of specialty offerings in the Summer and January Terms for health professionals in the Upper Midwest, cosponsored a symposium on Conflict Resolution in Health Care, and launched two certificate programs, including a new program for health care compliance officers.
